Kosteuspiikki (kumppanit)

Usually I drag through the afternoon, but after a glass of this I actually felt the energy lift within twenty minutes. The electrolyte blend is clean, no chalky aftertaste, and I wasn't reaching for a second cup by three o'clock.

The electrolyte mix dissolves cleanly with no chalky aftertaste, which is rare for these powders. I downed it after a long run and felt the energy boost kick in within minutes, not hours. This is my new go-to for hot days.

Mixed a scoop into my water bottle after a long run and the energy lift came on within minutes, no jittery crash either. The electrolyte mix actually tastes clean, not salty or chalky like some others I've tried.
