FLEX Collagen (Liquid) (Affiliates)

I've been taking this every morning before my workouts and my knees don't ache on the stairmaster anymore, which used to be my daily struggle. The liquid texture makes it easy to down without any chalky residue, and the recovery between leg days feels noticeably faster.

Downed a bottle after my evening run and the next morning my hip flexors felt looser than they have in months. It's a liquid so it's easy to keep down and I've noticed real support during my heavier squat days.

Three weeks in and my knees don’t creak on the stairs anymore, which is huge for me. The liquid goes down easy and I actually look forward to it after my morning run.
