The digestive enzymes in this formula are the real deal—I notice less bloating after heavy meals now, and I take mine every morning with breakfast. My digestion feels steadier throughout the day, which honestly surprised me since most probiotics I've tried did nothing.

Three weeks in and my digestion feels smoother after meals, and the digestive enzymes definitely help with that heavy feeling I used to get. Even my energy seems steadier, which I’ll chalk up to better immunity support.

My stomach has been noticeably calmer since I started these, and the prebiotics seem to make a real difference in how regular I am. Three weeks in and I’ve also dodged the cold that’s been going around the office, so the immunity angle checks out for me.
